2026 Yeosu World Island Expo Tickets: Four Venues in One Day?
Officially the 2026 World Island Fair Yeosu Korea, the event spans Jinmo, Gaedo, Geumodo and the Expo site.

Can 2026 Yeosu World Island Expo tickets fit four venues into one day? We checked the official dates, prices and routes before making a plan.
Is buying a ticket all you need to do? If you assume the fair has one venue, travel between Jinmo in Dolsan, Gaedo, Geumodo and the Yeosu Expo site may take you by surprise.
Island plans also depend on ferry times. Trying to fit several venues into one day can leave more time for travel than for the fair.
We compared the organizing committee’s guidance with Yeosu City’s information item by item. For a first visit, building the day around the main venue keeps the route simpler. The dates, ticket options and venue choices below can help you decide what belongs on each day.
Gaedo and Geumodo require ferry travel and time to get around each island. Putting Jinmo and several satellite venues into the same day can make transit longer than your time at the exhibits.
Dates and Venues
The 2026 event, officially called the World Island Fair Yeosu Korea in English, runs from September 5 to November 4. The main venue is the Jinmo area of Dolsan. Gaedo, Geumodo and the Yeosu Expo site are satellite venues. The fair is closed on October 6, 2026, according to the organizer’s current operating-hours notice (Korean).
Start at Jinmo if you want exhibitions and activities in one place. The main venue brings together the Theme Island, Marine Ecology Island, Future Island, Culture Island, Treasure Island, International Exchange Island and Food and Market Island.

A Route That Leaves Time to Explore
You can re-enter after getting a confirmation stamp when you leave, but busy periods may bring queues at the exhibition halls. Before setting out, choose two or three programs from the official schedule that matter most to you.
- First visit: exhibits and activities at Jinmo
- Evening visit: evening admission and the day’s performance schedule
- Island trip: choose Gaedo or Geumodo for a separate day
- Arriving by KTX: check the shuttle from Yeosu-Expo Station and satellite-venue connections
For a first visit, make the Jinmo main venue the center of one day. Give Gaedo or Geumodo a separate date so the route stays manageable.
